Abstract:

The ethnographic museums depict the human society and culture through ages by way of fossils and artefacts found in excavations and other objects of cultural heritage belonging to tribal, rural and urban populations the world over. In this way, ethnographic museums are the real custodians of human cultural heritage. Nowadays, this cultural heritage is digitally preserved and gives us the idea of physical and cultural evolution of man. The panel explores such ethnographic museums the world over and tries to integrate them for preservation of human cultural heritage by inviting research papers in this regards.
